Each event consists of 14 to 22 course demi-tastings, fine wine, and libation pairings. Explore the world of artisan salts, sustaianble oysters, caviar, and scallops. Embark on the wild side and join us in our upcoming events ''The Edge of The Earth', and 'World out of Balance' dinner series. Previous events designed were 'Fire and Smoke', 'Kuro', 'Cooking with Tea' and 'Hills Like White Elaphants' in conjunction with 'A Razor a Shiney Knife' . Each event is held in a new and coveted location, from private estates, gardens, museums, ocean, and city scapes.
