We are pleased to present the newest tasting event of the summer:
KURO 黒 The Dark Sea
Saturday, June 26th.
With our oceans in mind 'Kuro' was designed by the society in conjunction with the star chef Michael Cirino of the internationally acclaimed "Black Banquet Dinner" series, which have taken place in London, Chicago, and soon to be New York, Tokyo, Los Angeles, and Paris. This dinner theme has been thoughtfully considered for its symbolic usage of all black ingredients to represent the recent Gulf Coast tragedy and loss of marine life. This is a very special opportunity to attend a Black Banquet Dinner as they are highly sought after world wide.
